1) On the day of your sunless treatment, shower
using Flawless
Pre-Tan Exfoliator in your hand or washcloth to remove
excess dull dry skin, shave if necessary. Use warm water
and rub in circular motions all over skin. We recommend
the use of our product as it was designed to work in harmony
with the rest of our line. Use of another exfoliator could
cause the sunless tanner to separate and the results to
be sub-par.
2) Pat dry, apply Flawless
Sunless Natural or Dark
Tanner. Apply to one body part at a time; apply in
each area before moving to the next area. You may choose
to wear tight fitting Latex gloves to protect your hands.
Smooth the sunless tanner evenly over your body. Just
rub the lotion in slightly, leaving it in a moist condition.
Allow it to absorb into the skin. DO NOT OVER RUB.
3) For a more natural tan on your hands and feet,
wring out a wet washcloth and feather down with slight
pressure on both sides of wrist to hands. Use the same
technique for ankle to feet. This technique works very
well for knees and elbows as well.
4) In a dimly lit room check the application with
your special Ultraviolet
Light. Hold the light close to your body. Correct
any uneven places and apply lotion to missed spots.
5) Let dry completely
6) If you are not applying with gloves then wash
your hands thoroughly with soap.
7) The longer the product is on your skin, the
better the final results. The active ingredient reaches
its peak within 6 hours. Do not wash off before this time
frame. We also recommend not exercising or swimming.
8) To extend the life of your tan, use Flawless
Moisturizing Tan Extender daily to keep the skin hydrated.
Note: Sunless tanners do not contain sunscreens. If you
are planning on sun exposure Flawless offers a complete
100% natural
suncare line. To learn more about suncare, visit our
